Discussion: Heavy showers will form across Midlands, N England, S Scotland & parts of Ireland which may contain the few odd lightning strikes. More lightning strikes can be expected across the AOI with possibly a thunderstorm or two. Overall, profiles are highly saturated so all lightning activity should remain low as its a limiting factor.
